May I answer some questions for you?
I understand some tearoom experiences can be a little unnerving. What do I wear? How do I eat a scone the right way? Relax! Let me assist you by answering a few of the most commonly asked questions.
The most important etiquette to remember is the Tearoom and Gardens are about relaxing and enjoying your experience with friends and loved ones. So, don't stress over all the tea etiquettes. We are each individually unique. The way I enjoy my scone may not be the same way you enjoy yours.

Is There a Dress Code?
While we want you to be and feel comfortable enjoying lunch or tea with us, in the spirit of English Afternoon Tea, we do have a dress code.
Casual business dress is requested.
What Methods of Payment are Accepted?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Can I Have a Privet Event, i.e. Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Birthday Party or Other Event in the Tearoom or Gardens?
We are a wonderful venue for those special moments. Our beautiful Gardens with life size princesses carriage seat a maximum of 34 guests and our dining room will seat up to 24.
For parties larger than 6 you must contact us so we can schedule your event.
We do offer discounts and special packages for larger parties.
Is There a Set Gratuity?
A 20% gratuity is applied to parties of 6 or larger.
Is it Cream First or Jam on My Scone?
There truly is no etiquette for to answer this question. I can say from experience it works best for me to apply the cream first, followed by my jam or preserves.
